F is for…

If you are a GMK follower you should already have this week’s verse memorized.
I quote it weekly under Psalm 113:3 Moments. Unfortunately I wasn’t taking pictures of the sunsets this week because the photo memory on my iphone is completely full! So here’s a sunset pic from a few months ago I found while deleting hundreds of other sunsets from my phone.

F is for… “From the rising of the sun to its setting,
the name of the Lord is to be praised!” Psalm 113:3

Hymn of the Week: “Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee” (Beethoven/Van Dyke)

Joyful, joyful, we adore Thee, God of glory, Lord of love;
Hearts unfold like flowers before Thee, opening to the sun above.
Melt the clouds of sin and sadness; drive the dark of doubt away;
Giver of immortal gladness, fill us with the light of day!

All Thy works with joy surround Thee, Earth and heaven reflect Thy rays,
Stars and angels sing around Thee, Center of unbroken praise.
Field and forest, vale and mountain, flowery meadow, flashing sea,
Chanting bird and flowing fountain call us to rejoice in Thee.

    1. Thanks! They love taking palm branches and turning them into weapons and then running around like warriors on the beach. So the sunset may look peaceful and lovely but I was actually in the middle of a battle zone. Boys!
